This location is nice. I really enjoy the Americano and the cheesecakes. Compared to other Trees locations, the cheesecake here is much better. The customer service is also good. The decor, although modern, is bright. I thick it would have been better to go for a more cozy decor, maybe darker colour wood. Overall, I’d recommend this coffee shop to anyone who is down for coffee and cheesecake.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Chocoholic Cheesecake at a restaurant and it was an absolute delight. The cheesecake was freshly baked, and you could tell from the first bite that it was made with care and attention to detail.The texture of the cheesecake was nice and soft, and it had a creamy, decadent taste that was perfectly balanced with the rich chocolate flavor. The chocolate ganache drizzle on top added a nice touch of indulgence, making it a perfect dessert for chocolate lovers. The only downside I noticed was that they do not offer an eggless version of this cake for people who do not eat eggs. Unfortunately, a couple of my friends were unable to enjoy it because of this. It would be great if the restaurant could consider including an eggless version of this cake in their menu to cater to a wider range of customers.
When I heard about the opening of Trees in Surrey, a franchise from Vancouver, I was excited to try it out. However, the quality of the food and drink did not meet my expectations. While the cheesecake was decent, it wasn't outstanding, and the coffee tasted like it was from Tim Hortons. I found the prices to be a bit high considering the quality of the food and drink. Overall, I would give Trees in Surrey a 3 out of 5 rating. I would like to add that finding a place to park was challenging. The location is situated in an area with limited parking, and the side of the building was one of the only spots available to park. Unfortunately, it had a sign that clearly stated "No Parking". This made accessing the place a bit difficult, especially since there were other people also parking in the "Not Parking" zone. Parking: There is no location to park to access this place.
Stylish and welcome addition to Surrey Central. Great cheesecake, scones and muffins. Next time I’ll try the coffee too. Just enough variety of baked goods and sandwiches/grab and go lunches.
Delicious cheesecake and coffee! Great variety of breakfast and lunch items. Lots of available seating to sit down and work and they are open until late as well My favourites are the maple walnut cheesecake and the chicken salad sandwich!
Great cafe to open in Surrey Area. I love all their Vancouver locations and this location is amazing. Coffee is always made to perfection and their cheesecakes are to die for. Very neat seating area and perfect ambiance to work/study. Surrey downtown really lacked a nice cafe and Trees cafe is perfect addition. Great customer service too.
Service and atmosphere is great! Good place for study, coffee, and cheesecake. The only problem is the inconsistent on the whipped cream along with the cheesecake. I have been there a few times but sometimes you don't get whipped cream with it.Food: 4/5
1 Star for the cheesecake, that's it. I seriously think the people who raved about the service and staff are friends. Staff is not friendly, they don't even acknowledge you or smile and walk right past you like you're invisible even with eye contact, and that's when you're at the register! The barista saying, "Thanks for waiting" is NOT the same as saying "Someone will be right with you" or even taking my order instead. When my order is being taken, it would be nice if I didn't get the total before i've even finished, it's super annoying. They're also super slow any time of the day but especially when it's busy, it took them 25mins to give me 2 drinks and 2 slices of cheesecake and there were more than enough staff! From the day of opening till now, i've been there a few times and nothing has changed. They really need to work on their customer service and speed.
