I remember coming here when I was a child. It is still very nearly the same. We were driving up Hwy 101 and stumbled across it. As soon as I saw the sign I remembered being there before. If it makes that kind of impression on a kid, it's worth visiting. It's not worth paying to walk their trails to see the redwoods. You can walk through them free in a lot of places in Northern California. But stop for the kitsch. It's worth it.

Super fun. Easy hike with toddlers, the sky lift was also neat. Self paced tour of the trees and a neat gift shop. The longer trail has some steep sections we didn't want to bring the kids on, but it is not necessary for a fun experience. Shuttle is offered for those who can't make the walk to the lift.

$14 per person (senior rate). Well maintained 1/2 mile trail that leads to gondola ride through redwoods (included in price). Lots of amazing trees to see. Worth the price.

This is a great place for an outdoor adventure. It is a great place to take your family. The surrounding area is beautiful the ocean is near. They have a gift shop and a museum. It is well with the trip.

A little campy, but fun stop overall. Take the tram to the top of the mountain and see the trees and coast. Many redwood carvings on the self guided tour. The tour is a bit of a hike, not recommended of you can't hike a sometimes steep gravel and paved path.
