Every trip from Victoria to my hometown up N, we stay here. Excellent value, great pool, great family run place :) 💓

Don't bother staying here!  Save yourself the grief and go straight to another hotel/motel, where hopefully you will get great customer service and acceptable rooms with fresh clean linen.  No one wants to spend the day traveling and end it with a horrible experience.
