The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good prices too. We had a ground floor room so just pull up and unload, very convenient. But one thing most important was all the staff were very nice and helpful. They even loaned me a phone charger because I had lost mine. Best of all was Sandra Forbes, the Front Desk Agent. Sandra was so friendly and helpful, showing us our room before checking in, recommending where to eat, and general chatting about this and that. Loved our stay here.
Good price, clean rooms with all the facilities you need, and above all, a great staff and manager. Friendly service. I would recommend.
The rooms aren’t fancy, they’re regular hotel rooms, but what made the experience 5 star was the service from Sandy or Sandra, the woman at the front desk. Her assistance in making a pet friendly stay flawless was greatly appreciated as was my chat with her and her knowledge of things to do. She was cheerful and incredibly organized and checked in on me when I was late checking in ensuring I was okay. The room was incredibly affordable at $100 for 2 beds including pet fees.
I've been here twice and both times had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are always friendly. The breakfast options are very good with the standard muffins, toast, bagels, coffee, juices and food you can reheat such as omlettes, sausages and bacon. Overall this is an excellent value hotel and would happily stay here again!
