Amazing room and awesome hotel staff, this is the perfect hotel with the nice hotel staff. Always welcome guests warmly. Imagine they’re a personal friend. Be happy to see them.
Well first of all the hotel is not renovated fully. You can’t even have a door frame. I couldn’t keep my fridge closed as it would rub against the floor. The heaters would not work and he was not accommodating at all besides a tiny room fan he was displeased and rude when I asked if I could keep it this was also during a cold snap of -40. As a wife of someone that has to stay in places like this frequently for work, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the could be more accommodating to the people that keep your heat going.
I got a room with 2 queen beds for $93 which is excellent ... the hallways are a bit beat up and carpet had stains all over but it didn't bother me the room was decent forsure. Nice size TV and 2 queens I'm good to go.
No complaints with this hotel. The price was affordable, place was clean and quiet. Renovated rooms looked nice. The king size bed was very comfortable. We slept like a baby.nThe gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. would stay there again.
Staff were great and put us at ease. Our room had new carpet and actually a VERY comfy bed hence the 5 star cause this is not a 5 star hotel in general. Hallways could use some cleaning up in terms of debris and vacuuming. It’s not new carpet in the halls but keeping it clean would make a difference. Room was very clean! We had a good, comfy, quiet nights sleep.
