Not gonna lie, I am not sure where all of these good reviews are coming from. This place is low key kind of gross.nMy room upon first glance was fine, but upon closer inspection, the bedding was pretty dirty so I asked for new bedding and he offered me a new room. So I took it, but now this one is really stinky.nAlso, my company booked over the phone which is totally fine but when I checked in, they would not let me put my Wyndham points on my room... seems fishy to me because this was not a problem before at this hotel, and has never been a problem at any other Wyndham hotels in my experience.
I arrived late at night after a delayed flight and was only staying for one day due to work. Despite the late hour, I was warmly greeted by Deepak, who was extremely well-spoken and kind. He even offered us water right away, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long day of travel. The staff here truly go above and beyond, and I would recommend this hotel purely for the amazing people working here. Their helpfulness and hospitality make all the difference. God bless them!
All rooms, even the 100s, are up or down at least one flight of steps and there is no elevator. They also don't have any rolling luggage carts, which I thought was strange until I realised the stair/elevator situation. I showed up to a prebooked room with a sprained ankle, so this was a terrible surprise.nnThe room itself is clean, beds soft. But the lack of accessibility THAT IS NOT MENTIONED BEFOREHAND is a dealbreaker.nnAlso folks yelling in the hallway all hours of night, semis idling in the parking lot outside the window at 2 am. Staff did not intervene. Honestly, for the price, this place sucked.
We stayed at this hotel in late June and had a good experience overall. While the hotel isn’t fully renovated, it was updated enough to provide a clean and comfortable night’s sleep. The front desk area looked nice, parking was plentiful, and the staff member who greeted us was very welcoming and helpful.nnThe hotel doesn’t include a full breakfast with the stay, but they did offer coffee and muffins in the morning, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff also recommended a few local breakfast spots, and we ended up enjoying a meal at a nearby McDonald’s.nnOverall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, nothing overly fancy, but comfortable and friendly.
Stayed here for the night after a long day of travelling from B.C. The receptionist was a very nice kind person and gave me an affordable price! The room was very cozy and clean. They offer a complimentary breakfast as well. Thank you for the hospitality! I will be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
