If you want to be transported to a small family run restaurant in Italy . Try this place the food is good the service is amazing and the prices are good . They start by giving you bears with some spices follows hot bread and butter . We ordered the breaded chicken the calamari and lasagna. The calamari was the highlight the rest was good spices are 15 for calamari 15 for lasagna and 19 for breaded chicken with veggies. Would visit again for sure
This restaurant has been a fixture in my neighbourhood for a while now. It’s low key and located in a strip along Thimens blvd in St-Lo. Blink and you may miss it. Once inside, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly nonna. Decor is traditional and charming with the red and white checkered table cloth, how traditional is that? I felt like family. On the menu, pasta, pizza, & subs and other goodies. We ordered couple of pasta dishes. My date enjoyed the penne rosa while I had the spaghetti with fungi and vegetables. Wash it down with a Brio Italian Coke I will have to come back and try their other dishes.
Normally for me and my wife it is the best place to taste authentic Italian food. Today we were there for dinner . We ordered fettuccine and tortellini rose . when we ate the tortellini my wife told me that there os something solid in my mouth. Guess what we find a black bolt 1/4 inch. Hopefully my wife didn't sallow the bolt. This is unacceptable and I told the manager that. He told me that we can offer a plate to go for free we didn't accept. After that he charged me for the other plate. Oh ma seriously you should offer a free plate for my wife for a year. We are very upset my wife was in a dangerous situation and he charged us for a plate.If she sallow the bolt what can happen?. I'm very upset , he took this accident like nothing happened. Shame on you shame on you she on you.
I took a chance in recommending this place to my friends this past evening….and they couldn’t stop thanking me. Everything was perfect…the food was plentiful and delicious…the ambience was just right….cold outdoors, but warm atmosphere inside. We will definitely return.
My friend and I leave 10 minutes away from this restaurant for the past 20 years. And last Thursday was the first time we ate there. We regretted so much not trying it before. I really don't know why we never did. It's family owned a son and is mother. They are open since 30 years. Eating there is like really going to eat in a nice cozy restaurant in italy. The food is delicious. The fried Calamari where nice and tender. We took the table d'hôte that came with salad or soup and caffee. We took the salade that was fresh and lightly seasoned, we each had a plate of pastas with mushrooms and spinach a l'olio that. The pasta where cook to perfection. For dessert we chaired a cannoli that brought me back to Italy. We also took 3 glasses of wine. This place is really not expensive at all you can bring the family to enjoy a beautiful dinner that is affordable and healthy. It's like going to grand-ma for a nice meal. I really did loved this place it's very charming service is great and you really feel like you're in a small village restaurant in italy. The owners are super amicale and will make sure that everything is to your taste. I will not wait an other 20 years to go back that's for sure. See you soon.

Ordered the Eggplant with cheese and Linguini Primavera with shrimps, both delicious. Got free tiramisu, when you order for 25$ plus. Thank you for the good food!
We were disappointed since this place had pretty good reviews. We had the fried calamari as appetizers. They were editable but lacking salt. We then each had a pizza party of 8 which wasn’t the greatest. We’re Italian, we would know. They lacked salt and the crust was a little soggy. The service was really slow. Which was strange because the place was empty. Won’t be going back again.
Wonderfull Italian resto. Loved the family feeling Two cute Nonas took care of me. Had a quick lunch nice veal with pasta and a Moretti beer Canolli and expreso for dessert was a bit more expensive that I thought it would be but all good
A no brainer place by far!!!!!!!!! You should come and visit. Great service, food ambient and people..... please come and visit and enjoy.
