The Trapier family comes from just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. We've been living in Maine over 15 years and have finally been presented with the opportunity to do what we do best... Treat our guests.
Brett has over 30 years of cooking experience under his belt and you can say that he's got the hang of it. Every meal is cooked to order, Not microwaved. We only serve fresh, never frozen, hand-pressed burger patties. And the seafood is right off the truck fresh... Extra-large portions, homemade deserts... Come give us a try.
