Dunkin' Donuts

Have only had 1 person get the cold brew mixture I get correct and most of their places give you liquid sugar but not Lincoln always granular if not specifically told liquid. Workers seem put out if you mention that they got something wrong. With the right manager this place could be awesome with a few changes made.

Good coffee and a very efficient staff. Order was almost ready by the time I paid for it. (Ordered inside)

Ordered on the go, had to wait when went inside. Had to tell them I was waiting. The comment was we are focused on keeping our DT time up.!!!!!! Order is never correct. Today, they questioned my order. Manager laughs and says sorry for the confusion.

Our visit was great had everything we wanted and Lincoln is the only Dunkin donuts that can ever make my ice coffee right only thing I'm disappointed about is they stopped making coffee coolatas and said they just changed the name too somthing I forget what it was but it is definitely not the same the new one is absolutely disgusting I will never order another I wish they'd bring the coolatas bk
