Laurie was absolutely fabulous!! She is fast , detailed and very accommodating. We can't thank her enough!!

Had the worst experience with Gina Marcone… she was booking a trip for me in Vegas in September 2022. I had the dates, times etc all set with her as of May 18th. Her last email to me on the 19th was saying she will have the totals for me tomorrow. I sent two emails after this asking for an update and NEVER got a reply.. nothing. Gina GHOSTED me 100% and left me hanging…. No explanation, NOTHING. Very embarrassing to say the least, I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. Pathetic!!!

I called for some information. The woman was very rude, mentioned charging me $50 for information. The woman said somebody would call me back but nobody did. I guess the company doesn’t want business

Not too impressed that you can't just go in you have to call and make an appointment. But then when you call no one answers you leave a message three days later I still have not had a return call. .

Laurie has been just excellent in every way keeping us up to date with our trip. This is our first experience with Transat and Laurie and we are impressed and will certainly contact Laurie for future vacations.

Laurie is awesome. We have been using her for many years. It is mandatory that she is never to be transfered to another location. She is perfect at the Pen Center.

The agent Laurie Lafferty we dealt with was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped us out with booking the vacation and she informed us everything about the trip . I am highly recommend her!

AWFUL service. Went in and saw Gina to book a trip to Punta Cana for a group of 6. She was supposed to call or email with more details and a group rate. Never heard from her. Went in a week later ready to book. Two travel agents were there, no one welcomed us when we arrived. One was busy with a client and the other said she was off her shift. Told us to sit and wait. Five mins later another person walks in and she helps her instead! We were very offended and left. As a group we spent almost $10 000 on our trip at Trip Central at Fairview mall .... they were wonderful! I would highly recommend that travel agency instead. Transat Travel missed out.

We have booked with Transat Travel many times, and have never been disappointed. Laurie Laferty is our agent and has put together some amazing trips for us. I highly recommend Transat and Laurie in particular.

Went in for all 3 girls to just look at me. I asked who could help and one spoke up. No help at all. I was told to go online to find the hotel and flight I wanted and they could book it later. They couldn't find the book I needed but gave a website I could use. FYI the website didn't work. Waste of time.
