I've been using a travel agent here for the last 6 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Or would I ever book a trip without her. She has always provided amazing and over the top service.

Really worst experience.  No interest to help customers. Plus they look at you as if you came at a wrong time.  No options alloted neither given proper answers. Rude and dissatisfied service . Moreover they tell you how much experience they are and they know what they are doing but honestly they don't know how to treat their clients. Please do not visit at northgate. 
I got best help in Southgate branch marlin travels .
