Getting me on my holiday after last minute hotel cancellation. Two hours after getting notification that my dream vacation was cancelled due to MX hotel overbooking Chelsea saved the day! Four more sleeps and I am on the beach. Chelsea responded with a welcoming smile, and worked quickly to get my vacation back on track. I highly recommend the Centre...they go above and beyond.
