We worked with Barry for a family winter holiday vacation to Tahiti two parents, two adult kids. He was phenomenal. He put together a great itinerary for three islands, three hotels, transfers, and flights from multiple cities, he contacted hotels with our questions about meals and activities, and he was always available by email, phone or during a travel panic by text. He earned rock star status when, during air travel meltdowns across North America in December, it looked like my son might miss the vacation due to flight delays and cancellations. Even though it was his day off, Barry stayed in constant contact with me and my son as we strategized back-up plans A, B and C for him to join us. Thanks, Barry, for great ideas, great communication, and fabulous customer service that went far beyond the call of duty.

Tricia is amazing g. Been using her for 20 years, or more. Knows every location and resort. If you ever had a problem, you would be glad to have her.

Wow! So I recently decided to book a trip to Disneyland. I did my own research to get an idea of cost but then thought I might try a travel agent to help make sure I have everything in order. I honestly can't say enough good things about working with Cory at Transat Travel. From start to finish I have had 5 star service. Cory has helped me better understand my options, how I can structure the trip, and manage my expectations for budget and timeline. Communication has been so simple and timely. Cory has also helped me to understand some of the current travel pitfalls to be watchful for COVID has changed travel. It has truly been a pleasure to work together with her and on top of all that great service... I got a better price for the trip by working together with her. Barry Davis went above and beyond assisting my wife and I as we are planning a trip to Australia. The Australian Government has not made it easy for people to travel there with all the restrictions it has in place due to COVID-19. They have made it very difficult to fill out their forms to be considered for entry into their country. After a few tries, we gave up and booked an appointment with Barry. He spent 3 hours with us at his office to apply for both the Travel Exemption Visa and the Visitor Visas. We are so grateful for his assistance and now await the final word from the Australian Government. For any of your travel needs we highly recommend Barry. This is the worst service ever I had experienced. This person Is spoke to ,Does not respond to emails , no people skills, lazy as hell. Would not recommend at all especially for people of color.

I was part of a booking for a destination cruise, as well as my own bachelor party. The cruise required little back-and-forth and was flawless. Everything was as expected, and the price was unbeatable. As for the bachelor party, I have just finished the reservation and locked in folks from all over Canada to meet down south. Barry was able to put together multiple options, far cheaper than what I was able to see online, and make the vacation work for us, rather than the other way around. We will be relying on Barry's expertise to help us plan our Honeymoon. Great hub for managing more difficult travel arrangements.

I would like to thank Tricia Mathers for setting up our adventure in Europe and Mediterranean 2022. This has been four years in the planning and her expertise and time was beyond measure.

Imagine you telling your 6 year old son this: 5 more sleeps, 4 more sleeps, 3, 2, 1… Guess what day it is today??? And he yells “DISNEY CRUISE!!!!” and by the end of the day, there is no Disney Cruise because the flight you were supposed to get on at 6:30 in the morning doesn’t leave until 2:30 pm causing you to miss your ship. Yup, that’s what happened last week and if it weren’t for our travel agent Barry Davis from Marlin Travel, our vacation would have been over even before it had started. Barry went above and beyond to get us on another flight and made the transaction seamless. We not only missed our ship, but we had to catch up to it in Mexico our first port of call and Barry organized everything we needed in order to do that… and we did! Thanks to Barry, we were able to spend a whole day in Mexico and another 5 aboard our ship! If anyone reading this post is looking for a travel agent, give Barry a call because this guy started working for us “hours” before his agency was open for business. Had I booked this trip with an online agency I think I would have never left Calgary that day. The best part of having a travel agent is that the pricing is virtually the same. You'll pay the same with a travel agent as you would any other online ticketing agency. It's a no brainer to have someone like Barry on your team! Thanks Barry!
