I’m no usually fuzzy with my food. But like everyone said quality varies. Once I found a fruit fly on my salad. I wasn’t too fuzzed about it because it’s salad this things happens but finding a house fly and dirt or mold in my salad half way through my bowl was not my cup of tea. I used to like the idea of them being close by work but I won’t be returning for another bowl.
I’ve trusted Training Day Cafe for my meal prep for over 7 years now! The wide selection and quality of food options is what keeps me connected and on plan continually. They make it easy order, pickup, and consume. If you are looking for a meal prep company to reach your fitness goals or make your life easier, think about checking out Training Day Cafe
Regular customer but I have noticed portions are getting smaller day by day. You can up the prices due to inflation, which is understandable, but should not alter the amount. Box is not even half full.
Started coming here for an easy, quick meal, post workout when I don’t feel like making one myself or I just don’t have the time. Prices aren’t too bad either. I have to say, their store menu meals are delicious and love that they include the calories and macros on the website. They also have energy drinks and protein desserts that you can purchase which makes it perfect for gym rats. Although, the only thing I would critique is that they should make it more specific online when putting the calories and macros for each meal, because it doesn’t specify which carb it’s for. You can choose a main carb of either brown rice quinoa, or salad, so you don’t really know which one is related to the macros they put. They just put the macros for the sizes of the meals. Not a big deal unless you’re really strict on what you eat. Will definitely keep coming here.
Training Day’s meal prep kits are the highlight of my lunches during the week. The packaging, portion size, and flavours truly make healthy eating enjoyable and a passion. The smoothies they serve in store are also a perfect post-gym treat, highly recommend this place!

I usually come to this store and have Miami club wrap , it taste so good . But the worst thing I noticed about this place is that the manger is so egoistic, I noticed how she was behaving with one of the employee . The manger of this place is seriously so annoying , needs to be replaced .
This place has the most delicious healthy food. Good bang for you buck. Just honestly have nothing but good reviews for this place
