Traffic Tribunal Court

I forgot to go to court for problem in my family some of my kids were sick but I send pictures the first time the pictures was rejected it because I don’t take the four sides and second time was rejected again because the judge said I continue to have the car polarized when they really come like that by factory. They really don’t know about cars almost $300 to pay with no reason if not my license and registration gone be suspended it.

Overall the building is nice and clean; the staff are helpful and friendly, but SOME are a bit pushy, like they are superior in some way; court can often be VERY SLOW I mean... Plain and simply said, no one likes to deal with the hassle of coming to traffic court! Which is why I must leave a 2 star rating.

Staff was both pleasant and accommodating. Very little wait time I showed up early. Judge was attentive, professional, and fair. Despite my positive experience, I'd prefer not to return. Masks are still required as of 7/15/2021. Must go through metal detector and go through Covid screening.

Got accused of lying by an attendant. Was not given the opportunity to plea guilty or not guilty, but was presumed guilty anyway, which was fun. People are very polite there, but I would still rather go to a bed and breakfast in hell.

Everyone is miserable here employees and ticket holders! The only person who enjoys themselves is the judge ‍ Obey the rules of the road folks

The process was really fast, the judge made the process as simple as possible. The system might be slow at time, reason for delay for long wait for payment. I tried to be as professional as possible, professional attires and professional language go a long way. Nothing is perfect but if you prepared, it is a simple process in and out. The was really helpful in term payment explanation.

I cant stand when people are late I'm always on time, it took forever for the judge to come out, that is why I only 4 starred. The judge in 2a on June 3 has a lot of patience and is was fair. I would have went off on 2 people that were there. 1 person wasted so much time repeating himself for well over 10 min and the other so damn rude.

In-out in about 2 hours, typical American traffic justice system...you can plea “ Guilty” for your issue & pay a lower fine or plead “Not-Guilty” go to trial at a later date, be found guilty anyway and pay a larger fine, license suspension or revoked depending on judge...hmmm, which one??? Screwed either way, all RI wants is your money...can’t wait to get the hell out of RI when I retire....Can’t wait!

This place is terrible. Everyone, I suggest you buy a radar detector because you will end up going here for going 10-15 mph over the speed limit. Just buy a damn radar detector, don't drink and drive/text, and also make sure you have valid insurance and registration. This place is tearing and they think they run the state in their and are very rude to the people who are forced to go there as if they're hardened criminals.

I was blessed when I was brought to Chrissy in the clerks office on 2nd floor at traffic tribunal. My daughter had missed a court date so I prayed before I even walked in the building and I was helped by a beautiful young woman who missed her lunch to help my daughter get a new hearing. Bless Her GOD. All of the woman were smiling and joyful.
