I called because i was given a ticket when i had 59 minutes left and wanted to ask a simple question and the lady who answered was incredibly rude.

Had a couple basic questions about a traffic ticket I paid. The person on the other end was very rude and couldn't wait to get me off the phone, nearly hanging up on me before I could ask a follow up question.

Called at noon time to ask a few questions and they literally pick up and hang up without every speaking to you.

very slow people and rude. do they don't that I'm paying their salaries with my tax returns I waited on the information desk for my Police report for around 2 hours and they were laughing and talking about what they did on the weekend.
