Sapna and other employees are great but their whole model for scheduling appointments is beyond stupid. I came in on time for appointment and had to wait 25 minutes because they took someone in for an eyebrow tint 5 minutes before my appointment . Then the next time I come in I was 5 minutes late which was “way too late”. Look, I don’t have a problem with me being too late and the employees shift being done but maybe then don’t be taking walk-ins which clearly are gonna interfere with booked appointments?? This has happened multiple times with me at this place and it’s basically a roulette wheel every time I come in whether I’ll actually get my appointment on time or have to wait 20 minutes cause someone walked in to get their eyebrows tinted 5 minutes before my appointment.

The lady who threaded my brows was lovely but the male staff on the other hand was impatient and rude.

They definitely do not treat all customers the same. Came in for one item and was stared down by both employeesI was the only customer in store and there was no need to have 2 pairs of eyes on me. I just feel like if you want customers to come in .. at least try to hide your prejudices.

I went to this location couple days ago for my eyebrows. After a bad experience at another place, one of my friends recommended Trade Secrets. I love my eyebrows, thanks to Sapana!! I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and she had available. I asked her to do them as thick as possible and she did an awesome job! I will definitely go back and take appointments with Sapana. I also buy my hair products at this location.

This is the second time I get my eyebrows done here by Sapana and she’s amazing! She totally listens to what you want and keeps your eyebrows thick! I’m so happy I found her!

Sapana fixed my brows!!! If you need a good aesthetician to upkeep your brows she’s the best!!! Also got a great recommendation for a straightener that I love from the manager!  Very clean well kept store and welcoming staff.

I had an awful experience. The girl that was working there tonight was was rude and had poor customer service. As a black woman I feel that for a beauty supply store to have employees that follow and watch your every move like you're about to steal is very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and it made me unwilling to spend my money in such a place. If you feel like buying from a store that gives off a racist vibe, this is the store for you.

Great variety of products. Already know what I want going in, but HORRIBLE eyebrow threading and not friendly over the phone. When she was finished I walked out basically ready to cry. When she said all done I literally looked at myself and said "Wow, that's a lot off" she busied herself quickly. I have struggle 90s brows now that'll take forever and a half to grow back. No Christmas photos for me. Really wish I read the eyebrow threading reviews prior to going. Wasn't going to post but thought I'd hopefully save some other poor girl the experience of losing all their brows.

Sapana is amazing. She is so professional, polite and kind. On top of that she is very skilled at what she does, always has a smile on her face listens to exactly what I want. I never leave reviews anywhere, but for her I have to!! Literally the best there is, keep her around!

Great arrange of brands, lots of nail polish colors! Always seem to have a sale on some sort of shampoo. Good place to go if you want to try new hair stuff and need help, workers always tell me about new products and help me find what I need. Recommend for the downtown hair shopper1
