This Tractor Supply is a great place to stop. They always have the pet supplies I need at this store.nnI was greeted at the door by the staff, and checking out there was no line. The staff were professional.nnLooking around this store is very easy to do with lots of space. It is a little smaller than other tractor supplies, but they have a lot of variety with their items.nnThe store is very clean and organized.nnTractor Supply normally has a lot of items outside, which this one does not have a large inventory outside. They did have a cub cadet snowblower, which I have not seen at a store. They did have a couple of mini bikes also outside. It was on the disappointing side outside, but they dont have as much space as other stores.nnThe prices are very reasonable in the store, and using the rewards card can earn extra money off your order.nnI was very happy stopping at the store, and it was nice to get everything at one store.nnThe only bad thing was that the soda cooler had a lot of empty spots. Kinda stinks when you're thirsty. I do not believe it is the stores fault on the empty spots. I could be wrong, but I believe it's up to pepsi to fill it.nVery nice store, and it may be smaller. They still have a lot to choose from.
I am beyond frustrated. I purchased a 2 pack of small propane bottles. When I got home, I realized that one of the bottles was empty. It was not easy to tell when they were attached together. I went back just a bit later and told the clerk about it. Her response was that the items go straight from the truck to the shelves, implying the it couldn't be their fault. She did say that I could bring it in and they'd exchange it. When I took the empty bottle in, I was told that I needed to bring both bottles or no exchange. It's not that these small bottles cost a lot but the frustration of buying a defective item then having to make three trips to rectify it was frustrating.
Fast, friendly service. Very helpful and informative employees. Reasonable prices. Great place to buy fencing, small pets supplies dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.. Also has a great selection of clothing and cowboy/cowgirl boots.
The sales prices were great. We got a trailer for $200 off the price but the staff could have been more helpful considering it was our first time buying all the hitch accessories. We had to go back into the store a few times to get more items plus it seemed like the employee was too busy to go up and beyond to help us as customers.
