Stopped in to check it out. Got some free popcorn, which was really good, and left spending quite a bit of money. Huge inventory of just about anything you can think of. Will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly too

Have never been in a physical store, but tried to order a train set for grandchild for Christmas from there website. 8 days passed, no email of any kind to say order shipped nothing. Called 3 times to talk to someone. You have to wait 30 minutes every time I called. Third time I told them to cancel the order, which still 8 days later had not shipped, and the 3 people I talked to each time didn't seem to know what was really happening with my order. Third person said she would send the cancelation on to her supervisor and I would get a notification. Not holding my breath. Paid with PayPal from Rural King site , transaction already completed with my bank. Afraid now I will have to have many more 30 minute waits to find out where my refund is. Terrible way to do business.

went to rural King to pick up some Gingerbread People that were in their flyer first thing this morning, when I get there they tell me they sold out of them a while back, nothing makes me more mad to travel to a store to get something in their black friday add and you had already sold out of them weeks ago I want to know why they would be put in the flyer when you did not even have them in stock. False advertising if you ask me

What I like the most is the prices but more than that, the cashier always asks if I would like someone to help me load. Keep up the good work.
