Great pre-sale service...terrible follow up service. Hard to reach via telephone, won't return messages. VERY disappointed as I went there specifically in hopes of good customer service.

Sales person in store was knowledgeable to get the sale, but after care is lacking have called twice and no return call yet from sales person. Purchased the pool on June 17 and still waiting to have it installed and it will not be until the beginning of August now still weather depending. I would not recommend having them install the pool as they obviously cannot handle the volume they sell. It will be close to two months between date of purchase and having the pool installed very very disappointed.

I purchased my first ever in ground pool from Trevi Gatineau and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. It all started with our in store sales rep Stephen R who provided exceptional customer service not only the day we bought the pool but months after. He was always willing and did provide answers to any questions I had which was many. He was dedicated to making me feel like I was his only customer and he did just that! As for the installation process it was as smooth and straight forward as could be. I was always informed ahead of time when someone was coming to do their part of the installation and if it wasn't convenient they would always reschedule to fit my schedule no questions asked! I can't say enough good things about the manager who was responsible for the entire installation process Pierre Rossignol. Pierre always went above and beyond what was needed and what I expected. He was always available to speak with even though I know how busy he was. He always made time to personally come by and see me if I asked him to even after working long hours in the heat. Pierre is an asset to the Trevi company and he provided without a doubt the best customer service I ever experienced and is one of the main reasons I would not hesitate to recommend Trevi to anyone looking for a pool. Pierre thank you so very much you made sure my family is enjoying our pool. You deserve a raise! Trevi from top to bottom is a company worth working with and their products are second to none!

Since Mermaid has close I've been going to Trevi. Good service
