I dealt with them in their incarnation as UK Print Ltd. The price was excellent. Stuart was charming and helpful, if not always completely truthful. Unfortunately, however, deadline after deadline was missed and nothing was ever delivered but excuses. Fortunately I had paid by credit card and so was able to recover my money. I then had to engage another printer, resulting in total delays of over 2 months, probably losing significant sales in consequence. Not a happy experience.

I am very pleased with the excellent quality of my printed book. I had no experience of book publishing, but the team were very helpful and patient throughout the process. In view of the quality of their product, quick delivery time and very competitive prices I would have no hesitation in recommending The Printing House.

I have used this company to print a book for my business, they are fab when they are trying to get your money but very abusive and vile if you have any kind of issues. They cut corners that lead to mistakes then refuse to deal with them. Do not have anything to do with this organisation. You have been warned. We will be taking legal action against them. The fact that they are able to send their lawyers details within seconds of putting the phone down, is an indicates that they do that a lot. I have only given them one star as you can't put a review up with no stars.

My printing experience with TPH was great. Stuart was a delight to work with--always prompt with responses, very helpful with any queries I had about the job, easy to get in touch with, and willing to go the extra mile. The final product I had printed 250 print colour magazines came out beautifully.

This chap Neil Stuart Malcolm John and his partner Clair Rosina Hunnisett have been perpetuating frauds for 26 years. I understand through media sources they are soon to be prosecuted and are likely to serve lengthy prison sentences. The word is their solicitors, a Swansea firm Tonners Rati Johns are as crooked as them and have known about their thefts for some considerable time and might even be complicit. I've read email evidence from a Government official who has been investigating them that under their latest Company, UK Print Ltd they have been robbing all and sundry and actually reimbursed somebody only today when reporters started to turn up on their doorstep. They robbed Trevor Montague, the author of the A to Z series recently and the article I've read today explains how he has pledged to put them out of business for good. But why are they allowed to trade when they are known fraudsters? Where are you Rogue Traders?

We at Ellingham Press love working with the Printing House. They are always there on the other end of the phone to assist us, prices are very competitive, delivery is prompt and reliable but best of all the quality has been consistently outstanding. We would recommend them!!

Horrendous experience, they were over a month late delivering our books which were so badly manufactured that we could not use them, when they did eventually answer the phone denied any culpability and referred us to their lawyer. Now they are going into voluntary redundancy, probably to phoenix and rip more people off.

It was a fantastic service, slightly slower than the estimated time in delivery but the end outcome was satisfying. It was not the Company but the Courier Company delayed it by day. Quality print quality service

Took them to small claims as they misprinted my books and refused a refund, didn't even turn up at court. Still waiting for them to pay me back even with a court order.

Awful company to deal with. Do not touch with a barge pole. Waiting a month for catalogues. Asked for a refund due to poor quality initial print samples, they sent me lawyers details.
