I've been going to this shop for a year now and I've never been let down. At first, it was hard to find. The staff are very nice and get the job done right and quick so there are short wait times. The prices are very affordable. I recommend this place. It's great for those who take public transport as it's right in the Byward Market near the transitway.
I needed a last minute security shirt done up for work and Sydney at Carlos Graphics was able to help me out! The quality looks great and the price was a lot cheaper than the other companies offering this service in Ottawa!
Indescribably unprofessional. Seriously go find somewhere else. They kept my stuff for so long emailing me back and fourth with info on how it would look and then last minute emailed "we are unable to embroider. Sorry for the inconvenience." Take your chances somewhere else. A skill anyone can learn, just DIY what you want.
My go-to printer for everything I need. I worked with Kaleigh and would definitely recommend working with her. She is fast, reliable and incredibly professional. I will never go anywhere else for printing. Kaleigh IS THE BEST!!
I have been doing business at Carlos Graphics for over one year and have had approximately 500 hats embroidered over the course of this year. Recently I brought in a batch of hats to have the exact same design embroidered. Upon picking up the order, it was discovered that the design was not "exactly" as before image was slightly smaller, colour of threads was different. This was understandable since the person who originally did all the embroidery has left and there was a new person who was in charge of the embroidery. All I asked was that we note the differences so the next batch can be made exactly the same as before. The real problem occurred when I was given the bill, it was 60% higher than what I previously paid. The explanation was that due to the increase in minimum wage the price had increased from $6 to $10 per hat there were 72 hats total. I explained that I was never told of the price increase and no one informed me of the new price when I dropped off the hats to get embroidered. However, the owner Carlos got irate and acted very unprofessional when I requested that I be charged the original price since I was never told about the price increase, especially since it was a 67% increase. As a fellow business owner, I can understand the rising costs of expenses, but I would never treat a customer like that, especially since I was more than accommodating regarding the fact that the hats were not competed to my satisfaction. I definitely would not expect this behaviour from the owner of the company. Another customer who heard this whole conversation also agreed that this was unacceptable.
I had a special shirt made for my son 3 years ago and I can tell you that to date the shirt looks great and we wash it a least twice a month. the quality is great the service is kind and prices are on par. Service at the counter can be slow but that's because they can get busy.
Over the phone they were very nice and helpful, although the quoted price was the highest in Ottawa. I arrived early in the afternoon to place my order, and the man at the desk stunk of alcohol. They said my design wasn't possible. I asked what changes were required, no problem. I fixed it and confirmed with them, they approved it. I came back and there was a different man who told me they couldn't print on the shirt I brought, and I had to buy one of theirs. No choice, so I accepted. I picked up my shirt and it's the worst quality print I've ever received. The shirt is cheap and the image is blurry. He intentionally held the shirt far from me so I couldn't see the details. Felt like he knew it came out poorly. If the details weren't going to show, they already knew I was willing and able to make the necessary modifications, but said nothing. Very sketchy business all around, and the quality speaks for itself. Do not come here, not even worth finding out for myself.
