I will never go back to this location. I had 6 gift cards that were scanned to check their balances. I received all of them back, except the one with $350. I didn't realize it until 3 days later when I went to purchase something online. A $350 gift card somehow 'disappeared' during checkout, and $130 was spent on it before I could get it closed. No idea if it was kept or misplaced accidentally by the cashier, but most of the store management was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I had offers to check store cameras, which never happened. I emailed the store manager, she called me back and I missed the call. When I called back and left a message, I never heard from her again. Finally, I went in to the store and one person offered to search the trash and another suggested I call corporate customer service. I wanted to handle the matter locally if I could, but I ended up calling, and I was able to recoup some of the value of the card.

Good location, near the other shops and plenty of parking. The help were helpful the toys were toys, what is there left to say. If your under 12 it's the greatest place on earth. When you gotta buy 4 kids toys it falls somewhere between a colonoscopy and signing for a mortgage.

Love shopping at Toys R Us. Makes me feel like a kid every time I go.

Great place. Just a little pricey. You can get the same toys cheaper at Wal-Mart.

Great toy selection, not much in the way of arts and crafts though.
