Was told a manager would pick up an item for me from a different Spencers so I didn't have to order online. Asked if I could come anytime after Thanksgiving and was told yes. Went in today to pick up my order and the guy behind the counter didn't know what I was talking about. Turns out the person never went and brought my item to the store in Colonie yet. Wasted 20 minutes trying to find parking and make my way to the store, just to be told I will have to make another trip to Colonie Center because they didn't do what they said they were going to do. Not happy.
