Absolutely amazing collection of toys, clothes and accessories for newborns, toddlers, kids and children of all ages. Reasonable price and handy collection with plenty of options. The best in town for toys and accessories for all.nI really loved it.
Sadly not much stock and prices are too high. Not like used to be and store barely has anyone there, like a ghost town. Even tills shut down in afternoon and only seen maybe three staff in store.
Not too bad of a shopping experience, I like how they have toys sorted by age then brand. Baby R Us seems like an after thought however. They carry products that common places carry at higher prices, so you begin to wonder why that is? What extras are we receiving for the higher prices? I don't see any signage about a loyalty program or other extras.
Nice store. Usually busy. Nothing else like it around. Luckily this is a Canadian store as the American side is going bankrupt. There are a lot of things here but I can foresee this chain in Canada hurting too.nnAfter looking at some items, many the staff said were not in stock but they could order for us. Fine, but the store needs to realize, I can also just order it too. And it will get shipped right to my door, often with free shipping. No downtown driving, downtown parking and lines to wait in. If this chain does not start adapting to the modern society soon it also will close.nnOn saying that, they have a lot of most things in stock. Free parking with a purchase, no free parking when you get told they can order it in.
Came here for the new HMV section but the design is AWFUL not sure if it was corporates call or the local stores but the blu-ray/dvd section is at child length shelving which is a hard for 6'1 person like myself to view and browse
