I am so lucky to found this greatest deal on my 1st toy store visit in Vancouver. A good variety of anime items to choose from. The owner is a very courteous and friendly person.

I ordered a Prime 1 Studio 1:3 statue from this store and the order was promptly shipped and well packaged. It arrived from Vancouver to Ontario within a week and despite the size and weight of the item I was only charged the 13$ flat rate Canadian shipping this seller offers. Amazing! Through no fault of the seller the statue arrived with some damage. The owner, Daniel, worked very hard with me to get this matter resolved. He went out of his way and had absolutely excellent communications skills throughout. I have already placed another order with this vendor because of the excellent customer service!

One of best collectable action figure store in Vancouver, they covered from popular Japan anime figures to Marvel DC hottoys plus Bearbrick. The price is fair and best. Make sure also visit their website more upcoming figures for per order. The store owner is friendly and respect to every customer. I give them 11/10

Had a great experience buying online from this store. Ordered two DX19 Batman figs from Hot Toys. Shipping cost was low and the items were labelled and packaged well! Will definitely be buying again from here in the future as I also realized their prices are better than many other places.

Daniel is the best! If you are into Hottoys or sixth scale figures, he is the guy to call. Both service and prices are top notch and Tokya is definitely worth a visit!

My family has been buying from here for years, but I came in for the very first time today to show my boyfriend the store. I can see why my family loves this shop. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable and does everything he can to help his customers, including placing special orders. My family says the prices are some of the best in town. Sometimes even when shipping is included, it is still cheaper than elsewhere.

The owner is great. Very fair prices. Very helpful in adjusting one of my orders. If we had more small business owners like these, with such competitive prices, less people would shop online from overseas retailers, which is so easy to do when local sellers crank their prices.
