Amazing people and service Honestly I love this store so much. Not only we have gotten the best baby stuff like car seats, high chairs, nursing chairs over there but the people are the most helpful ever. They have your best interest in mind and you can trust that they will listen to you and give you their best opinions. Jennifer is such a sweetheart. We love her heaps! It was my first time shopping here and I thought it was excellent. The staff who helped me Ben was super helpful and answered all my questions. I did go into the store knowing what car seat I wanted. I was able to try the car seat out prior to purchase. It is very convenient there is free parking right in front of the store. I have been to other baby stores in the past and was very pleased with TJ's.

I ordered a holiday gift for my niece but the package was damaged when it was shipped to my home. The product I bought was placed in a plastic bag so it was not well protected. I am a little disappointed with the packaging. There should be more care and thought into this.

My favourite baby store in the Lower Mainland. Customer service before and after sale is top notch. The staff provided great insights on the products they carry; without being pushy at all. This location is stroller friendly, and easy to browse.

We tried to purchase our stroller from Westcoast Kids and received one of the worst customer service ever experienced. We then went to TJ's. The customer service we received with the knowledge and professional staff that was present was outstanding. Especially the store manager i believe it was Nim was outstanding. The staff will bend over backwards for you to ensure you are totally satisfied and always give you the answers you need as a new parent. Maybe not the ones you might wanna hear when you want to purchase something that might be out of stock. Phenomenal service. Would bring our business back to them anytime. Highly recommend!!!

Got a gift for a friend recently and was totally impressed with the service offered in this local baby store! Staff was attentive and knew exactly what a 1 year old would need without going over my budget. Didn’t even know it was here for all these years, but TJs will definitely be my go to baby gift store from now on, Thanks!

Thank you to the TJ's Kiddies team for making our shopping experience pleasant and stress free!  Nim, Karla, and the team were very helpful and went above and beyond.  Karla even drove home to pick up her extra Bugaboo stroller adapters that would work with our older stroller and new car seat that we purchased from TJ's Kiddies.

Multiple times I have looked at the website of this store to see if something is in stock only to come in and be told that “our website is not updated and we are working on it.” The store itself is nice, staff are sometimes helpful, other times it’s hard to figure out who’s an employee vs a customer. The website not being updated is incredibly irritating, my recommendation is to call in before you go just to double check. In the end I’ve been 3-4 times only to leave and buy whatever I was looking for off Amazon.

Good place to find your baby stuff. Their prices are reasonable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. There are many choices for strollers, car seats, cribs, etc and they can give you clear demonstrations and explain to you the differences among each products. Staff not pushy and very helpful. Highly recommended for those "soon-to-be parents" who know nothing about baby products. Good place to start.

Beautiful store with all the things you need for babies. Huge selection with all the brands. The costumers service is excellent.
