Great place to have a meal, drinks and service. Our server was excellent tonight, loved the experience. Will definitely be back . Thanks team.Food: 4/5
Foods ok. Townhall charges extra for a “dip” that should come with a meal so just beware. I am not suggesting that every “dip” after the one that “should” come with the meal be free, but seriously, it’s a total cash grab and corporate should be ashamed of themselves. It’s a bit of an insult! Soon they will be charging for ketchup if this keeps up! We won’t be returning.
Original Review - Service was good. But, the eggs benny was subpar. I know when to give credit where it is due, and that is to the Chef Adam. Adam reached out to me after seeing my original review and wanted to make sure that everything was up to his standards and make sure that we had a good experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Adam when we came back for our second try at Townhall and just from his demeanor you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. The eggs benny was much much better! The first time around our eggs were over cooked, english muffin was soft and almost soggy. However this time the eggs were perfect, as well as all of the fixings. Sadly, after chatting with Adam we found out the hollandaise sauce is not something that he has control of as it is a JRG recipe. They JRG opt for a more "healthy" and lighter version of a hollandaise sauce for their benny to cater to a specific crowd. But, I have a feeling if he Adam was in charge of making that decision he would have made a killer hollandaise as the rest of the meal was delightful. The service once again was really good. We will definitely be going back.
Very unfortunate. The pop was completely flat. Server replaced 3 times, finally had approximately 25% of the carbonation you'd expect. Ginger Beef was very tough and a couple pieces couldn't cut with a knife, never mind teeth. But the sauce and vegetables were good. Kettle Chips came completely unseasoned although the menu claims they are seasoned with dill pickle seasoning. Buffalo Cauliflower was pretty unimpressive. Especially when 2/3rds of the dish was stuck in a giant clump. So obviously they threw the portion into the deep frying then never shook it while they cooked. But how do you not notice a softball size clump of battered cauliflower when plating? Expressed all our concerns with our server. She was nice. Though we were shocked there was no effort from management to satisfy us. Received a full bill too, no discounts or gift cards for next time. No apologies or even acknowledgment from the manager that our visit was subpar. I guess they don't want our patronage and we are happy to not go back.
Worse experience ever. Chips were burnt, beef dip was a big chunk of meat no garlic aoli, they gave mayo instead of it, husband burger came out looking like he ordered a kids fast food meal. Only good thing was the waitress was great!! Do not recommend.
Server was awesome. Food was awful. Not up to the quality Ive experienced at Townhall before. Nachos were 30 bucks, barely any meat or cheese. Tried ordering 2 entrees after. Sent them both back - first time in years Ive had to do that. Server was great. Didn't charge us for anything. We gave her a good tip. Wont be back again soon but I'll give it another shot.
I was very disappointment in our meal, we got 2 orders of Chicken Tenders and 2 beef dips. The chicken tenders were over cooked and tasted more like fish than chicken. The Beef dips had very little beef, and a ton of horse radish. We ended up throwing out 1 and a half of the beef dip, And threw out the chicken tenders, even my kids didn’t like them.. The Fries were delicious at least.
We had a wonderful fundraiser here yesterday and Adam was very helpful in planning and ensuring we could get the area we booked. The waitress and bartender were super nice. Would definitely do this again!
I was disappointed with there one and only Hamberger they offered, it was small, processed Cheese and next to no fries. I wasn't full when we left. My wife had to return her meal, wasn't what was advertised in menu. The service was pretty good I must say
Our server was great but the food was lacking in every way. The Nachos were chips heated in the oven with literally no cheese, the fish and chips were soggy . Portions seem very small for the price.
