Town Shoes

Super disappointed in the customer service and lack of flexibility . I had bought a couple pairs of Berkenstick sandals and found yet another color I liked better at another store that were also on sale! Within the week of purchase I went back to town shoes to return one of my original pairs. Unfortunately I had lost my visa and cancelled it the day before. I was refused the return by the manager as I did not have the original card. She said they would not even be able to put it on my replacement credit card! I understand the policy however there is a time for a company to be flexible! Apparently the district manager was contacted in the back and said no to the return as well. Well I needed to also return the other pair of sandals I got at Soft Mac. And they were very accommodating after they found at my card was lost and replaced. I will be going back to soft mac and never returning to town shoes. Also told my co workers and several family and friends about it who thought Town Shoes was being ridiculous ! Apparently town shoes is too big now to actually care about their clients.
