Yo, straight up, don’t even think about sending your kids to this school, especially for high school. It’s bare jokes, trust me.nnFor the elementary side, the school’s got a tiny squad and not many kids. Academics are whatever, but the place looks ancient. The playground is a joke, just some concrete and a small jungle gym. The school’s been on a downhill ting recently. The principal’s moving mad, giving out dumb punishments and telling parents to keep it hush to save face.nnThe high school? Waste yute behavior. Some teachers don’t have a clue, and students get no say in their classes. The school runs everything, making kids feel locked up. Some even wanna lose credits rather than stay. The admin’s acting like students should be thankful for going to a private school, instead of fixing up the place. The IB program’s weak, barely anyone finishes it. The high school’s tiny, only 71 kids, and it shares the campus with the elementary. Small classes might sound nice, but they limit the vibes and exposure to different people.nnThis year, bare people cut from TC High after one year. The principal gave them a hard time about why they’re leaving. Those who dipped are way happier in public schools. Most people, even some staff, are vexed about the high fees and low quality.nnI spent too many years in elementary and wasted part of my high school life at Town Centre. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your kids, fam.nnThis is all was written under tc education so make your decision off this please trust me if you care about your child I strongly discourage you from doing that
Ms. Hajra is, unfortunately, an incredibly poor principal. She has a track record of trying to fail students unnecessarily and constantly demoralizing them. Her leadership style is punitive and lacks empathy, creating a toxic environment. If you care about your child's well-being and academic success, I strongly advise against enrolling them in a school under her administration.
Terrible Experience, I went to this school years ago and i am still traumatized from the experiences at this school. I remember my last month there for grade 11. My dad let me skip almost the entire last month of classes due to other students and lack of admin skills.
Have been going to this school since I was in grade 7. Children at this school are very cliquey and treated me like an animal because I was new. Students at this school were terrible to each other and the teachers are even worse. Teachers are not very approachable and have very clear biases. If you want your child to grow up happy put them in any other school please. The students at this school are quite vicious and are ready to sabotage other students for extra marks and will do “favours” to bribe teachers. If you are looking for low corruption I would recommend other private schools like havergale, toronto private Montessori school and many more!
Tuition here is nothing compared to how much has been spent in therapy undoing the CPTSD that going to this school as a child caused.nnI went to this school from casa to grade 8, and I can remember the exact experiences with various teachers in this school that damaged my association with everything from my own body, to academics as a whole. For example, I developed an eating disorder at age 7 from comments made by my gym teacher.nnMore than half of my teachers that I had through elementary school were only employed by the school for one school year and did not return, in almost every case, I’d say that was for the best for the sake of students younger than me. I witnessed so much relentless bullying from teachers toward students at this school, including public humiliation over academic performance, and being taped down to a chair.nnDo not send your kids here if you care about their long term health and well being.
