Ordered in advance so when we got to Mike's it would be ready. They said it would be ready within an hour And when we got there it took another 20 minutes before we got out order. Service overall is slow and unfriendly. Calling prior, I asked if my food was ready so we can head on in instead of waiting in the car, the lady put me on a 3 minute hold and hung up. Food is horrible, did not enjoy at all and we paid for chicken and they did not add it.Will not be returning. Very dissatisfied.
Enjoyed dining experience, all staff we interacted with was friendly. Service a bit slow, however understandable as appears they're short staffed. If all other places around st agathe are closed. Okay place for a quick bite. They have a nice cheese stuffed crust pizza . Friendly stuff and fast service. Affordable price.
I have been a fan of Mikes for over 30 years. I would never ever go to this restaurant in Ste. Agathe, ever again or ever recommend it to anyone. They are so disgusting and dirty that I found rocks in my submarine. I called the waitress over and she called a co-worker to view the rocks and it must happen often because they did not seem bothered by it. They offered me a replacement sub I guess they wanted to make sure another tooth was cracked and my pain was throughout my jaw instead of just on one side. Rest assured that that sub ended up in the garbage, where it belonged. I communicated with head office and the manager to absolutely no resolution. The owner was so unprofessional that he sends an email to me which was meant for head office confirmed to me from head office that that owner was stupid enough to send the email to me disregarding my situation. In the end all I asked for was professional action and concerned enough to offer proper customer service. This restaurant, owner and Head Office are horrible at their jobs being so unprofessional horrible at customer service and are dirty and disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MEAL including a bowl of water for your pet.

Went for breakfast it was good and priced ok same as everywhere else in the area.
I mean it's a Mikes. It's fine, the food's fine, the service's fine. It's a a-okay place to go eat. Parking: About 15?
Fruits in plate are not fresh. Service is not always good.
Service was good. The food was hot.
45 min for cold breakfast. no one to offer second cup of coffee. I don't recommend for breakfast
