The place lives up to its name, very homely brunch spot with excellent service, big portion sizes and reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We've been here a few times while visiting the Laurentides, and it has become one of my favourite breakfast spots. The service is always excellent and friendly, they are patient with my mediocre french-speaking skills, and the food is great - lots of home-cooked regional recipes. Love it.

WORST SERVICE EVER 1 hour and 40 minutes to get a simple diner breakfast. Extremely overpriced for portions. They literally give you 6 tiny mini potatoes. Other reviews have mentioned the lack of normal potato portion as well! Because the service took so long and was terrible didn’t even offer us water or coffee, we asked if we could at least get a proper portion of potatoes but that was denied as well. If you are looking for very slow service, very rude staff, or tiny overpriced portions, you’ve come to the right place!!!
Overall pretty good breakfast . The service can improve . We had to ask for refills for our water and coffee when we were already done our meals .
