Totem Auto Repair

I had a couple repairs done here and it was ok.... a few unexpected charges after a routine oil change (no, i certainly didn't want any new washer fluid at full price, thanks) but not a surprise at a mechanic shop. My beef is that he freaked out on a friend of mine on the phone when she dared to go to another shop that was closer to her work. Totem wrecked the bead seal on one set of tires but lost his s**t on the phone when she called him to ask him to help find her a new set. It was very unprofessional, and she was very upset. Not to mention that is was a mistake that he made that cost her over $550 bucks for a new set of tires. I mean, stuff happens, but you don't yell at a customer. Ever. His reputation around town is as a bit of a snap show. I won't be going back.
