Kal Tire

I normally put my own tires on, but this year I did not have the time to do so. I made an appointment to get my 4 winter tires put on, which were already on rims. My girlfriend brought the truck in while I was at work. it took them 2 hours to put the tires on, they did not use the proper torque spec for putting on my tire but instead used the impact gun and over torqued my lug nuts. This caused them to shear off one of the studs, as well as warp my break rotors. Now my steering wheel vibrates and the truck pulls really hard to the right. I brought my truck back in to them to explain what they had done to it.They were rude and would not admit they made a mistake and refused to fix what they had broken. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to fix their screw up. Anyone that is considering to have them do some work on your vehicle I strongly suggest you find another garage to do the work.

I always get exceptional service at this location, even when it's busy. The staff is always quick and efficient. And the cost is very affordable.

The staff at Kal Tire were amazing! We had a nail in our tire that would have caused our 16 hour road trip a huge stoppage. They fixed the tire, gave popcorn to the kids and sent us on our way in a quick amount of time. Highly recommend for all tire needs!

There is nothing better then knowing the people at Kal Tire in Terrace got your back. They take the time to get to know their customers, their needs and life styles. Quick to offer reliable professional opinion. They will educate you and go over their professional opinion with you and tell you why and what. They know what is best fir the customers needs and offers them to look at a brand name vs a house brand. I have also had them give me a quote on another job to which, seem to run fair with others. I've never been to a Kal Tire and have been disappointed...... hats off to the guys here!

Friendly, prompt, courteous customer service from all the staff at Kal Tire the last few times we have had to have repairs done from tires to bearings on our trailer! We will definitely continue to do business with Kal Tire when needed.
