Purchased a dish washer and freezer here, both are working great. Price checked with other local stores and also with Best Buy, Home Depot etc and Totem Audio was still the cheapest. Very happy with the service I received.

Staff are wonderful to work with - knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. They accidentally forgot to include the special mark down price at checkout and the owner phoned us before we got home to let us know sad make arrangements for our refund. Love this store.
I bought my 2nd Samsung phone at Totem Audio Video. Always impressed with the knowledgeable staff and selection of devices available. This could be improved by a website to see the sales on phones etc rather than going in-store to check them out. I am a satisfied customer all around with service and the staff.

the telus representitive at this store was very rude and seemed to be racist as it seemed she did not want me to be sold some telus mobility minutes and to activate my telus mobility cell phone... very poor service makes any person not to ever want to deal with telus nor bell.
