Could not be more disappointed. BC Web owned by Simon Franklin. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I have been trying to transfer my domain, after 4 weeks of trying to send emails, phone - Simon is continuing to ignore my messages. I spoke with employees who mention they are in contact with Simon during this time. I would not trust BC Web with my hosting and domains. They are overpriced, and unreliable. I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional hosting company.

Super helpful computer techs with speedy service. I was passing through from out of town. They fixed my computer up in less than an hour so that I could continue on down the road. Thanks BC Web!

All the people at BC Web are always there for me when ever I have a question. They have continued to help me learn my Mac and keep my Mac healthy for 7 years.
