Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa

My friend and I went for a mom's day out and got the Spa Pedicure! The ladies were great and we are both VERY impressed with the quality and longevity of the nail polish! It has been one month of sandals and the polish is still on and looking great!! The only difference of course is where it is growing out on the bottom of the nail! But that is to be expected!! I would totally recommend this establishment for your next pampering experience. The price is affordable. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the products are superb! Keep up the good work!

Went for a steam tonight with my wife. Steam wouldn't turn off. Tried intercom countless times, no one came or called back. Only lasted 40 minutes, 20 minutes of it by myself cause the wife was overheating. Came out early and reception was to busy vacuuming to greet us while we stood at the front desk to ask if something was broken. Left disappointed on a special day. Customer service needed.

Great Service !!! I got my haircut & color with Amanda in April 2017 at South location, Red deer. Amanda, who is an amazing hairdresser, advised me what haircut suits me & also did the highlights which I was looking for quite a while. She is a perfectionist who pays attention to minute details, very friendly & helpful and I absolutely loved my haircut & color. She took her time and was not in a rush like most other hairdressers I have visited before. Overall, I really enjoyed my salon experience & will never be going to any other hairdresser. A big thanks to Amanda for her amazing service. Great job Amanda !!!!!!

Booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email that stated the cancellation policy was 2 hours in advance. When I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment the day before I was informed that the cancelation policy was actually 24 hours and a $125 dollar no show would be placed on my account unless I could find someone to take my place. Not impressed and obviously won't be back which is too bad because I was really looking forward to it!

From the moment I walked in I was relaxed. The front desk staff were ear to ear smiles and made me feel welcome. I have dry, fine hair that never works the way I want it. I have tried for years to achieve long lasting curls and Amanda did it with ease! She was a joy to talk to while getting them done and they lasted until the next day! I will be a repeat customer for their blowout and style- such a great value!! Thanks Amanda and the Totally Refreshed Team!
