I had an amazing spiral perm done here! She did an amazing job had amazin customer service! Stayed after hours to get me booked in!! Just amazing experience all around!! 10/10 will go back!

While I appreciate that Route 51 was able to get my large group of 6 for manis or pedis in at the last minute there and were very accommodating, there were things that left me unsettled with the experience. Don't let the “included is your mini polish and file to take home” fool you to believe that it means that they are included in the price of the service because we were charged separately for both products. Even after talking about it with Route 51, she denies that "included" does not mean included in the price of service. Secondly during my manicure the lady made disparaging comments about Jewish and Asian cultures, that I won't repeat, in the same room as my Asian and Jewish team members. Not cool, but luckily they did not hear. Five hundred dollars later we won't be back for our next team get together.

Highly recommend this place! Michele is amazing and so knowledgeable. The davines products used literally saved my hair !! Can't wait to go back !

The ladies were welcoming and nice, but there are hidden charges with manis and pedis that are stated very misleadingly on their website. Mini polish and file only come "included" because you pay for them, but they will give them to you like it is part of the service and charge you afterwards. They need to be more upfront about costs and not provide a service or product the client did not agree to pay for.

Fantastic cuts, colors and styles!! I highly recommend Root 51. Michelle and her staff are professional, courteous and always provides an excellent service.
