Total Living Concepts - Home Renovation in Barrie

I am undertaking a major reno of my kitchen. I contacted Celeste of Total Living Concepts to discuss ordering cabinets on the recommendations of a friend. She made it very clear that she was quite busy and would be awhile getting back to me. I spoke with her a few times. In our final conversation she said she was going off on maternity leave. I asked if I would be passed onto someone else and she answered that no, everyone was too busy. I told her clearly, "I'm sitting here with $10,000 to spend and what you're saying is you don't want my money?" Well it turns out she did. She wanted a $1000 "design deposit" before she would consider giving me a price on cabinets. I had everything measured and drawn out and she refused to price it out or pass me on to someone else who would. Thank you Sheree at Designers Plus in Barrie for my new kitchen.

We have done business with Living Concepts since 2009. They have performed major improvements to our residence almost on an annual basis. Under the management of Glen Prairie supported by in-house staff and people performing the work, we have found them to be friendly, courteous and fully experienced. Work to be performed was completely in a timely basis. I have no hesitation in recommending Living Concepts to my friends and anyone thinking in terms of residential renovations. Bernie Collins

Had our kitchen done by Total Living Concepts. Glen was very helpful re-designing our whole kitchen. It was a difficult job trying to make a 107 year old house modern, fuctional, yet keeping the history too. I was very please with the cabinet choice and the choice of handles/countertops ect. The installer was great, as our floors are all wood, and not straight/level it looks amazing. I have been cooking for a few monthes now, and recently had my children's birthday partys and entertained 40 people easily! Thanks again! The Grahams
