AIM has been looking after our wood stove and chimney for about 8 years. They are always professional when they come to do the annual sweep. When I decided I’d had enough of struggling with our original wood stove which was only 8 years old, I called the AIM office on a Friday morning in February to inquire about buying a new stove from them, thinking it would be at least a few weeks for them to order and install a new stove. I can’t express in words the extraordinary customer service, in my opinion they went above and beyond. I had a quote and all the information I needed that morning and they came first thing Monday morning removed the old stove and install the new one. The service guys were kind and professional and explained everything to me about the new stove. They double checked everything was proper before they left. I highly recommend AIM.
