Delicious comfort food served by the most friendly and professional staff. We went for some Venezuelan kitchen staples like tequeños, crispy empanadas and cachitos soft bread filled with ham, made us feel right at home. I also had a Montreal smoked meat sandwich really tasty. I was surprised to see so many options on the menu, perfect for breakfast, lunch or brunch; baked goods I had alfajores and chocolate chip cookies, grilled sandwiches and soups. There are tables, clean washrooms and street parking. Clean, well lit and nicely decorated. I’ll definitely come back for more.

Looking for a great place to enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee? Look no further, Tostado cafe is to die for!! There long list of barrista made coffee includes a vanilla cappuccino that makes you want to order more when you’re done with your first one! Some of their must try’s are the Cachito Jam pocket it’s originally eaten in Venezuela for breakfast. They also carry two different kinds of empanadas, Chilean and Venezuelan. If you’re in the College St area you have to go in and sit down to enjoy their coffee, great service and atmosphere!!!

Everyone needs to go to Tostado Café to try all the deliciousness they have. We tried today the Tequeños, Empanadas, passion fruit juice and ‘Papelon’ juice, mushrooms and shrimps and just for today they had ‘Paella’ See the pic , but you can order ahead of time. Desserts? Lemon Pie, Quesillo and much more. The owners are super nice people, the place very clean and quiet. I recommend 100% if you want to experience Venezuelan cuisine. *You can order with Uber Eats if you are in downtown.

Cute little coffee shop in little Italy. They got empanadas which was okay and the coffee was just okay too but the owner is super nice.

Amazing Venezuelan Empanadas and Cachitos. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was out of this world as well!

What a lovely new cafe. The Venezuelan fish arepa was very tasty. Relaxing atmosphere, reasonable prices. While I didn't have one I could tell their specialty coffees were very popular.

Wonderful cafe with the best Italian coffee and food. Owners are very friendly and warm. Lovely neighborhood cafe. I like to get my latte in the mornings on my way to work. Lunch menu is excellent with fresh and tasty options.

I love coming to this place! They treat you like family and make you feel like home. Their food is amazing, try the cheese empanadas with a glass of chicha and you will have the best Venezuelan experience. Also great to come with your laptop and have some work done.

Very congenial owner - he hails from Venezuela. Has a few unusual bicycles on display for character. Good coffee and teas. Some nice edibles nice, fresh croissant. I haven't tried the empanadas or light lunch disagrees yet but I definitely be going back to continue my Tostado experience. C'mon neighbours! let's gather round and support our local retail and entrepreneurs.

Driving past we saw the sign "gluten free empanadas " so we just had to stop! So glad we did. We got one of each and were very pleased. My fav was the vegan plantain & black beans. Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Will definitely be back :
