Went to this place with my family. Great tasting food. Excellent service. Food came in a timely manner not in bits and portions but all the dishes came at once Manager came to check up on us to see if we are finding everything okay Clean environment, workers were making sure tables were wiped and sanitized after use Large dining space and good ambiance 5/5, will be returning
Visited for the Pakistan vs England T20 World Cup final and the place was amazing. Food was not only on time but it was also very delicious. Customer service was amazing as well. The entire atmosphere was great! I definitely recommend coming here to anyone that enjoys authentic Pakistani cuisine. One of the best Pakistani restaurants in the GTA.
I don’t know what happened to you guys, your biryani was the best in quantity and quality. Now the quantity is much more smaller than before and below is the difference between the two plates. We finished our plates hungry where 3 months ago we was full and took the rest take away. The quality even was better. Plus the service and the hygiene need to be improved
My wife and I were craving some desi food and found this place on Google maps. Here is the breakdown of my review: Food - Fantastic! The chicken karahi is our favourite. The masala and the flavours were absolutely on point. The chicken tikka was awesome too. My wife loved the biryani. The poori paratha was something we tried for the first time but next time I will try their roti because those looked delicious. Service - the servers are polite and give great recommendations. The service was quite fast as well. Overall this was a great place for desi food and we will definitely come back here.
We ordered nalli nihari, shahi nihari, beef haleem, 1 bbq chicken leg and salt lassi. To be frank i didnt like their food much-nihar seems like beef curry to me, beef tastes good and soft though. Haleem was very thik, also naan seems not freshly baked-it was cold and a bit hard. Overall it charges really good amount of money. So it was an average experience for me. Also there was not a single hand sanitizer bottle available in the whole restaurant which was shocking to be frank.
Found out about this restaurant this year and we’ve been here at least on 5 or 6 occasions. They’re always so welcoming and the food never disappoints. The koila karhai is a must have every time we come. We have had Asim as our server twice and he’s very helpful and kind! It’s a family owned business and you can really tell how much effort they put into each dish. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a little pricey - although it is worth it every now and then as a special treat
Hands down, this is if not the best, one of the best Nihari spots in the GTA. Visited on a Thursday night. The restaurant is very spacious. There was a 140 person party going on at the front for those interested in hosting a party, it was a great space and there was a great set up to have segregation as men were on one side of the restaurant and women were on the other. Even with the party happening, there was good space for regular patrons, and the service was not compromised at all. The Nihari was perfect. The dish may seem small in size in pictures but it is deep. The ratio of curry to meat was great. It’s more than enough for 2 people and if there are 4, everyone can have some. One thing to note, at this place the naan is not included with the curry and they do not have water unless bottled so it needs to be purchased. Customer service is A1. You are always attended to and even if an employee is just walking by, they’ll ask if everything is okay or if anything else is needed. Can’t wait to go back here and try their Karahi’s as I’ve heard that’s great too!
Tasty food. Good service. Very spacious interior. Decor could be better but food makes up for everything. A must try if you are looking for authentic Pakistani taste.
The place has so much potential but the size portion of the food has gone done like half karahi should not mean 4 pieces of chicken and the taste was not like before I still love the naan. Sad to see the down part of this restaurant. Our lemon mint drink had flavor but you can see even the drink wasn't full in the serving glass and its priced at 8.99 If we ever visit again and have better experience I'll change my review for sure but this is what we experienced for now.
I came all the way from Montreal, and was hungry! It was a great decision to eat here! I loved this Pakistani restaurant so delicious and food prepared with passion and love ! I felt i am visiting Pakistani family... people are so friendly and service is amazing !! I asked about all the items on the menu.. they took the time to explain all of it in details. I ordered the Regular Nihari.. this is so delicious and meat is so soft.. gravy is so tasty with the garlic Naan ! Also, ordered the beef seekh kebab it comes with a Turmeric sauce, meat is also soft and juicy! I took with that the raik yogurt, the Pakola soft drink from Pakistan. As desert, the Gulab jamun and the kheer rice pudding. Overall, i recommend strongly this restaurant for family and friends gathering! Or any special events! I am not Pakistani and enjoyed the food here .. excellent!
