Definitely one of the best teriyaki places I've had. Its a bit out of the way for me but has always been a pleasure to eat there. Good food recommend the spicy chicken and very good service. During these times, small businesses can use all the help they can get, so stop by and give it a try if you're in the area!
Toshi's serves the best foods in the area. Lots of delicious foods to choose from at a reasonable price. The cashier is always friendly and nice! I would highly recommend this place.
The best fried rice I've ever tasted in my life!!!
They honestly have good food here, but today is now the 3rd time I've come here to find the doors locked and the lights off on a weekday or Saturday. If you need to be closed fine, but please update your Google and/or Facebook business hours so people don't drive to your location expecting to order food.

Everytime I'm in downtown edmonds I make a point to stop by Toshi's for some bubble tea and one of the best beef teriyaki I've had. Staff are always very friendly
My favorite teriyaki spot! Go-to menu has been sweet & sour chicken with a side of gyoza - never disappoints. With the warmer weather, ordering their honeydew boba and heading to the waterfront has been a weekly routine. Will be my fav spot for another 5+ years :
I've been to alot of Toshi's in the area and I would say the Edmonds restaurant is the Yummyest
On March 4, 2020 I ordered the kal bi ribs to go. Big mistake. Meat was very dry and tough, even with the sauce on it. Most likely it was previously cooked, sat for a while then re heated. Absolutely the worst ribs I have ever had. I am surprised they even would allow them to be served. I do not recommend this place.
Great little hidden gem in downtown Edmonds! They even had a couple vegan options. Super yummy stir fried veggies.
