I recommended a friend of mine to Toronto Jewelry House, as he wanted to have a custom Championship ring made. Before proceeding, they sent us a 3D model of what the finished product would look like. The customer service, attention to detail, and overall finished product, were beyond what we expected! I would highly recommend these Jewelers for any custom work.

As a repeating customer buying a product, not a price was told I am getting a good watch and a good deal for a Rolex watch I was looking to buy for my daughter "just replace crystal if you want so the watch will look nicer" , and I trusted the guy as I don't know anything about the watches. What I got is a heavily water damaged and rusted watch, which will cost me thousands in repairs. The watch is not even close worth for what I paid for it. Lesson learned, will never come back to this store.

I was able to get help in designing a magnificent engagement ring, and also both wedding rings for myself and my fiancée. This company does incredible work and detail at an unbelievably affordable rate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. They are magnificent.

We discovered this place by accident while driving around looking for wedding rings. The people there were very accommodating and friendly. They helped us to pick a ring that matched my fiancé’s engagement ring and we ended up buying both our wedding rings from there. Rings came out perfect and at a very good price. They even did the touch up on my fiancé’s engagement ring for free. Very happy with the purchases and will definitely shop there again

I stumbled upon this place on Instagram at a time when an online bag purchase had just fallen through. Sigalit was responsive and accommodating to help me either rent or buy a bag, and come in person to try it on before buying. In the end, I bought a beautiful vintage piece in great condition. It was super easy and personal— I think vintage shopping is best done in person! I will def be back for my next premium purchase. Great experience.

Let me start by saying this is a real experience one that I won't forget!! I went in looking for a specific engagement ring to be made for my girlfriend, I had been to other retail engagement stores but the prices and the cut I was looking for was rare and or over priced.. I found this place after coming from another jewellery store around the corner.. I went in talked to a saleswoman who was very knowledgeable about jewellery and diamonds and she showed me different ones in my budget and told me they could make one exactly how I wanted, for the next couple weeks I annoyed them because I'm very picky and my girlfriend is indecisive and kept changing her mind, and they were still patient with me lol I called or emailed they replied and answered right away.. After she found me the perfect stone they created me the perfect ring for my now fiancé she was so Happy I was so Happy and I honestly thank Toronto Jewellery House for a moment my fiancé and I will never forget completed with the perfect Ring.. Will definitely be back and also passing on this place to my family n friends.. Thanks again.. This place is a hidden gem and if you don't believe me go in and find out. :D

Do NOT recommend whatsoever, stay away. Shopping for wedding bands went horribly wrong, and ruined the entire day for us. The guy who makes the rings came out to show us some more men's rings since they didn't have much on display, we waited a very long time and when he finally came out he was incredibly rude, yelling at us and at the other employees, swearing and frankly acting like a zoo animal. We have never had such an awful experience at any establishment. Even if they offered the jewellery for free I wouldn't take it, it's that bad. It was as if we walked into some crazy place where workers somehow think they can disrespect, intimidate and put down customers. Absolutely awful. And this place is connected to the place on the other end of the plaza that takes old jewellery for cash... but they told us at the beginning that they weren't connected to them... I wonder what they are hiding...

Great prices for quality product. Polite staff with a true care for the customer to make sure your getting exactly what you need. If you visit the Toronto Jewelry House, there is no need to go any where else
