We were very pleased to learn that a Toppers had opened in our area on Wellington as they offer high quality pizza at a great price. The toppings are always generous and the pizza well made. Luke and Maddie are always friendly and pleasant to deal with, and we have been in at times when each was working on their own, dealing with walk ins, delivery services, and the attached bar, and they were rock stars in the kitchen handling the overload. We will continue to make this our go-to place for delicious take out pizza.
I gave this location quite a few chances, it seems toppers doesn't care about customer satisfaction only to bait you in for more money. Do not order from this location if you want assuring that your food will be 1, not burnt or 2 guaranteed to be made right. This location burned my food so I complained. The shift manager said that I was right explained the situation and offered me a credit to my next order. Sounds good right? Wrong. No credit was applied I visited twice after that told np credit was applied to my number and each time I had to pay in full again. Although the quality improved. I never was satisfied to my guarantee or credit. They used the credit to squeeze as much money out of me before I stopped coming. I suggest staying away from this toppers. I'm done and so should you be customers deserve at least a quality guarantee especially for a location with only takeout.
amazing food and service! i ordered their large pepperoni pizza and a box of mini-cinis which were absolutely amazing and around 5-6 dollars if i remember correctly. the box they gave me was about the size of my large pizza box and the serving was more than enough for two people :
Got to be one of the worst pizzas I've ever ordered. I spend extra money for double topping and received 5 pieces of chicken. Will NEVER order from here again. Very disappointed
Ordered pickup mid day for the crew took over an hour. When I arrive there is no one in the store so I waited a few minutes. Lady came to take my cash with her hands covered in toppings and grease. She handled the chash then went right back to making pizzas no hand washing. Took a phone call because the oven went down and still didn't wash her hands. Then tried to give me two small bottle pop instead of 2l and shorted me a sauce.. well.... I will be throwing all this food out because I will not feed this to my work crew and I will never return to any toppers pizza regardless of owner of this is acceptable practice. I don't have time to get a return and this is despicable.. I would recommend all people avoid this location at all costs. Check out the other reviews nothing nice to say.
The food was awful. The customer service was not very good either. They handed me a sauce with plastic wrap used as a lid.. That does not seem very sanitary. The woman working there had a mask on her face and yet it didn't cover her nose. That doesn't bother me. What bothered me was that she decided to wipe her nose all over her arm and not go wash herself afterward. The boxes were all covered in sticky and goopy things. We also ordered the Pepperoni Explosion and there was maybe an average amount of pepperoni on it. If you have a large order, be sure to bring another set of hands because it is not easy to get out of the shop. Would not recommend this place at all.
Placed doordash order, wait time for order was 33 mins. We walk over and arrived 37 minutes after placing the order, should have been plenty of time to have food ready. We walk in, I explain I’m here for a pickup order and she just stared, I had to just stand there waiting for a responce, and when she eventually did it was a really weird back and forth of asking what I wanted to order, and me reexplaining that I already ordered, paid, and it should be ready. She said she didn’t have an order, so I double checked that if ordered for the right location, which I did. She then tells me she doesn’t have doordash, asks if I want to order again, then gestures to her tablet and says she didn’t accept my order, then asks if I wanted to order in 2 weeks, and was very confused when I said no becuase we’re looking for food now. She said it would just take 15 minutes if we ordered again, so I show her my order and she says she doesn’t have apples, only cinnamon. I asked what she meant and she starts trying to describe cinnamon to me. I’m honestly at a loss for this. I’ve had rough days at work where my brain shuts off entirely, but I’m pretty sure this was something else…. Bottom line it was entirely unprofessional and since doordash won’t even let me report the incident I’m leaving this review here. I will definitely not be back.
Absolutely disgusting and totally raw wings and raw pizza dough. I asked for it to be well done and not even cooked! When I called to complain they didn't even care a bit just used uber eats as a scapegoat! Did uber eats cook my food?!! Awful food and customer service!! Just received a phone call and my issue was taken seriously and in a very professional manner. I am satisfied with the result and finally felt like someone cared about the quality of food and will look into fixing any bottlenecks to try to ensure this does not happen again and customers will be taken seriously. Thank you!
A four star for customer service and price, they also took my double cheese request seriously: I expected to get a slice only, so I wasn't prepared to select my own toppings, so the poor combination was on me, definitely select their specialty pizzas, but the ingredients were fresh. Interesting fact is that it doubles as the kitchen for the bar next door, too bad I don't drink anymore.
This location has amazing tasting food, having said that they are often under staffed and miss online orders both times i ordered online my order was missed so definitely call to follow up on online orders or be prepared to wait awhile or come back so call ahead save the trip the staff that dose work there are super sweet and hard working. So even with the few hiccups the staff and taste of their food makes up for it..
