MY Family and i have been going to Tops for many years. Love the waitresses and the location. Food is good prices are the best. If there was one thing that is a little off putting is the washroom. It is very dark and sometimes not so clean. Defentantly needs a new paint job. Other than that a great location good food a real good prices

Feels like an old fashioned diner.

Cash only may be an inconvenience to some, but at Tops, they make up for it with excellent food, environment, and service.

Standard diner fare, really good pizza and - most importantly - kind, helpful serving staff and other employees who helped each other out and were all so nice to my family. It's easy to see why there were so many regulars there who the server knew by name - we were from out of town and went purely based on a Google ratings search, but we were treated so well that we were made to feel like regulars too.
