Absurdly dark inside, this reduces the person next to you to merely a voice in the dark but effectively hides the dated interior. Staff was very nice, even though my coffee cup was empty most of the time. Only real draw is that it is on the lake. Unimpressed overall.

We had a 7 o'clock reservation and arrived on time but no table had been reserved for us. So we waited. After five minutes we were seated. We read the menu and ordered. Drinks arrived promptly. Then the waiter returned to say the restaurant was out of baked potatoes! We did not want French fries or plain white rice. No other option. Soon salads and small serve of bread. Forty-five minutes later still no entrees! Use my cell to call restaurant and spoke with manager. He came to table. It did not apologize, just said waiter was busy with a large party. Waiter brought the food which clearly had been sitting under heat lamps. When bill arrived we were not comped anything for the poor service or warmed over food.

Probably a great place to have drinks on the porch overlooking the lake. The beer and whiskey selection was adequate. However, I spent over an hr waiting for my dinner which was ho hum. Recommend for drinks and views, but there is way better food and service within a mile

Service was terrible and the food did nothing to redeem them. We waited to be seated with no host at the desk, waited 15 minutes after being seated to even meet our waitress, waited about an hour after ordering before our dinners came, with no refill on beverages during that time. View was lovely, but would not go here again.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes to get a tiny basket of bread. Not enough for 8 people. Had to ask scowling servers twice more to have more bread. Food came in about an hour. My pasta was cold. Nobody really liked their meal. The meatballs were unpalatable and my cousin's steak reeked of charcoal and smelled like they marinated it in lighter fluid. Easily the worst meal I've had in a long while.
