SUBWAY®Restaurants

Not a big Subway fan but I do like their pizzas. I'd like Subway better if they weren't so stingy with their meats and cheeses on their subs. The meats are sliced less than paper thin and you can't even tell you have meat on your sub when you eat it. Shop being so damn stingy Subway and put enough meat on your subs so I get a mouthful of meat in every bite!

This Subway is going down hill very very fast. I have been a good customer of this place for the past 2+ years. They have always had great customer service, and the best food for a Subway in a small town like Penn Yan, there food and their customer service has a lot to be desired they treat you very horribly and are not nice to anyone. The food they produce is not all that good, and it lacks a lot. I have shared these concerns with the owner who wanted to do nothing to correct these issues. I have telephoned corporate only to find that my concerns has fallen onto deaf ears. I will not ever be a customer of this restaurant ever again in the near future. High Customer Service, and tremendously good food is what keeps me coming back. For people to be horrible, rude, and very nasty is nothing that interests me for being a repeat customer. I am sad how this Subway has turned into something great, to something that I consider to be a nightmare. So I just wanted to share my experience of this horrible place. So be full aware of the issues that are happening with this place. The food and service are deplorable and it just down right sucks. Customers deserve the absolute best, and if they cannot get the best, well there are better options to turn to for food. This is my experience, and I just had to share it.

Why does no one answer the dang phone here!? Ever. And then I went back 2 times because my sub was wrong. Annoyed
