great pay schedule & work from home, great staff & trainers too. Work is very enjoyable if you're into sales & creating long lasting customer relations. update when going back to the office the commute & the benefits were slightly as desirable. work life may be stressful near the beginning if you're not used to consulting work or long conversations with multiple agencies. Strict policy can often make work frustrating.

I believe consultancy is not paying their talent acquisition properly or not providing basic legal knowledge to them. Jokes apart. Let me come to what I experienced over phone call for one of the positions. The talent acquisition asked " Do you 1 year Canadian work experience ". To which I asked" are you aware that the question you are asking ifs illegal?" To which she responded," It's legal to this question".

Topnotch is an amazing Employment Service that is also great when it comes to communication. I would definitely recommend Topnotch Employment Services.

The people there are great. The service is great and they will bend over backwards to get you a job! The only downside is a majority of the jobs are out of Toronto so if you use public transit it can be an issue. Another issue is you wont see your first pay cheque for THREE weeks. Nearly impossible to get to work for three weeks without pay. Esspecially if you have to pay a double fare $14 a day to get to work. Thats $182 you have to pay to get to work without getting paid. So if you apply make sure you have some money in your savings account LOL.

It's an amazing experience to get opportunity from topnotch with good client and they are providing good service also renuka helped me a lot. I would surely recommend to others
