Post Hole Depot

Contacted Jamie on Saturday for a Dig and Post Set on Monday. They showed up and performed a great job and service. He was friendly and even though I did not tell him i had 12 foot posts he performed the work and honoured the original price. Homeowners must be prepared for any service and provide all the details of any job needed not just this one. I will use him again anytime and was easy to do business with him. Please be prepared and ensure you are ready and the process will be smooth and efficient. Peter

Jamie, who I assume is the owner reminds me of that 1 sleazy Uncle that makes perverted jokes for a cheap laugh. On top of this gross attitude his professionalism is non existent. I gave him 9 days to call the locate, I followed up with him 3 times, after the 9th day which locates have to be done in 5 days max he shows up to my house and tells me some excuse that they went to another city with the same address.. sure.. Luckily 3 days earlier I decided to open a locate and they came within those days. On one side of my fence 4 posts i needed 8ft or less in between to fit my 8' length 2x4's. Anything more I would have to return my 8' for 10'. First measurement which was post 1-2: 8"3"= Fail Second measurement which was post 2-3: 8'1/2" Thats right.. off by half inch = Fail. When I confronted him.. he says oh don't worry just put a 2x4 onto the side of the posts LOL. Also, 2 out of the 3 post were not filled with enough concrete which we had to fill ourselves. To some up it up Jamie is very unprofessional and does not own up to his mistakes. He always has a justification or excuse which is reminiscent of a child. This just in Jamie, be a man and own up to your mistakes, evolve, and be a better person. If not for you, at least for the world around you that you are corroding. I would never recommend his service for post hole digging, and I also wouldn't recommend him as a person to anyone or anything that is living on earth. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. I was on a time crunch because I took a week off of work to build the fence and felt stuck because of the time constraint. If you don't know where to look check out homestars!

Would give it zero stars if I could...seeing as they didn't even bother to show up to do the job. I called and was told they would call me back with a rescheduled time which they never did. Then they ignored my calls from then on. Please don't use this company. I will help you dig your post holes before seeing you call them.

Really bad experience they said they will be there around 10:30am and they never show up or call..... I call them nobody answers I try with an other number they answer and he was running late and he said will call in 30 min max to let me know what time he will be here.... NO CALL BACK AND STILL NO ANSWER....
