Top Hat Cleaners

Twice I went there and twice they ruined my $1,000 Hugo Boss suit. First time, they stapled the receipt through the blazer - left 4 holes in my blazer and had to carefully remove receipt+staples to ensure I don't rip my blazer. Mentioned it to them the next time I dropped off and they said "oh, the other girl is not careful". No offer to rectify or compensate for damaged clothes and lost time due to their carelessness. Second time, they tore my suit pants ~2.5 inches at the back-right pocket. Have yet to rectify this issue with them. Will update later.

Terrible. They did not remove any of the stains that were identified when I dropped off the shirts. The stains were not old and not that large. 7 white button down cotton dress shirts. Never going back. There was no manager available and the lady at the counter would not provide any discount.

On October 21, I dropped off two sweaters and a button down shirt. Upon my return, I received my sweaters back but was given a light green Calvin Klein shirt. I told the clerk that was not my shirt. She vehemently insisted that the green was my shirt and it was impossible for her to make a mistake. After going back and forth with her for several minutes, I left with my two sweaters. A day or so after, I returned to the store and she began arguing with me telling me I should go to the back of the store and check to see if the shirt was there. After some more arguing, I went to the back of the store to see if the shirt was there. It was not. I went home to confirm that the shirt was not there. The next day I called her to see if the shirt was there, and she began arguing with me. She insisted that the other shirt was indeed mine, even going as far as saying why I did not want my shirt and that the green shirt was a nice shirt. She became so belligerent that she actually hung up the phone on me. Great customer service. Days later she called me back and stated that she miraculously found the blue shirt. I proceeded to pick up the shirt and she did not even have the class to say sorry, or I made a mistake. I would implore you to look elsewhere to get your clothes dry cleaned because clearly this establishment has questionable customer service issues, and questionable people running their stores. I was going there for years without an incident like this and they will never get a dime from me again.

They are the WORST - they overcharge repeatedly. I have never encountered someone as rude as the woman who works there now that they are under new management. Avoid at all costs.
